Photo processing
The browser edition processes image pixels on your device, using Canvas and a local Web Worker. Your source photos and generated cutouts are not uploaded to CatalogPolish or the model host for editing. Your working collection is held in memory; reloading or closing the editor discards it. Choose Save project to download a ZIP containing original photos, cutouts, cleanup edits, manual review markers and settings. That project stays wherever you save it; it is not uploaded by the studio. Open project reads it back on your device. Other downloads are saved only when you choose to download them.
Models and network requests
Enabling background removal downloads a pinned model from Hugging Face and the inference runtime from this site. The optional Detailed preview downloads a separate roughly 192 MB model only after you choose Try Detailed. Your browser may save either model in its cache. Those downloads expose normal connection information such as IP address and request headers to the hosting providers; they do not contain your photo pixels. Clear this site’s browser data to remove cached models.
Site data
Saved styles use localStorage on this browser to keep finishing settings and names you choose. They contain no photo pixels. Delete individual styles in the editor, or clear this site’s data in your browser to remove them all. The free photo editor does not require an account or payment. Optional Google Analytics is off until you choose Allow analytics. Rejecting analytics does not restrict the editor. We measure page visits and named tool actions such as an export request; we do not send photo pixels, filenames, project names, URL query strings or account details to analytics. Google receives normal connection and device information when its analytics script is enabled. Automatic enhanced measurement and advertising personalization are disabled. Your analytics choice is stored in localStorage for up to 180 days. Use Privacy choices in the footer to change it; withdrawing disables further collection and clears this site’s Google Analytics cookies. Analytics cookies, when allowed, expire after up to 180 days. The hosting provider may process technical access logs for delivering and securing the website. External links, including sample photo sources, are governed by those sites’ policies.
Your choices and contact
You control which photos to open and which results to save. Use photos you are comfortable processing on your device. Avoid sharing sensitive personal images in support requests.
Contact support@catalogpolish.com. Do not email private product photos unless you choose to share them.
Support messages
If you email support, Cloudflare Email Routing forwards your message to our Gmail support inbox. These providers process the sender address, message and any attachments you choose to send so we can receive and answer your request. Editing photos in the studio does not send them to support. Share only the information needed for your request; do not send passwords or payment details.
Publisher advertising
This site is being prepared for Google AdSense review. The verification meta tag and ads.txt file identify our publisher account; they do not display ads or load advertising scripts. Ads are not currently enabled. We will update this page and provide the required advertising choices before enabling them.
